BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Growing up and living in Lakewood, Ohio—a suburb of Cleveland—Bella began her artistic journey as a young girl, sewing dolls and crocheting with her grandparents. She was exposed to ceramics in high school but decided to attend Western Washington University for Chemistry. After moving home, Bella enrolled at Cleveland State University. In 2023 she began concentrating on art history and studio art—focusing primarily on sculpture and ceramics. She found that clay perfectly combines her love of science and art.
She obtained her BA in Studio Art and Art History from Cleveland State University (2026) where she exhibited in the Annual Cleveland State Student Art Show (2024, 2025) and The Office of the President's Annual Show (2024, 2025) while she was a Haddad Merit Scholar. She additionally exhibited in Fresh: Perspectives from the SculptureX Network 2025. Bella plans to continue her studies in the Cleveland Institute of Art’s post-baccalaureate program, followed by graduate study in an MFA program, with the goal of teaching art at the college level.
